Here is a really great trailer shown at the GDC2012 from the AAA PS3 title Heavy Rain.

This is a tech demo that rendered in real-time (not a video that pre-rendered) on the PS3 during the 2012 Game Developers Conference. The developers, Quantic Dream is the same team behind popular hits such as Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy and more notably the PS3 exclusive Heavy Rain.

Quantic dream took a similar approach before showing Heavy Rain gameplay a few years back. They had been showing a tech demo of an actress acting some parts for a play while the environment changes around her. This of course displaying the processing power behind the PS3.

I have to say this looks pretty awesome but this isn’t a game. They will probably do something in a similar type of futuristic setting but it wont be about that character or her situation.
