Week 8 is over and it just didnt help settle anything in the standings. We now have 5 teams at 4-4-o and that is right down to 7th place. With only 2 weeks remaining, anything can happen and anyone can win. Jagrbombs has come back from being last place to knocking on the door of the playoffs with a win over Popeyes. Now all teams can make the post season but only BlitzDANET looks to have solid footing into the playoffs. If he can hold that #1 spot, he will earn a bye thru the first week of the Postseason.
Some big match-ups this week can help make things a little clearer, well we hope so anyway. BlitzDANET is playing the 2nd place team Los patriots for the battle of bye weeks. The only difference this match up makes is the fact that the group can catch up to the losing team and getting stuck in the mix of the standings. At the other end of the ranks, you have Blueshirts FTW and Mr. Three-Oh-Price fighting for the last playoff spot. Depending on the outcome, one of them will come out on top of the 4-4 gang and will just need to hold on for one more week to keep a playoff spot. The drama of fantasy hockey continues to play out and only 2 more weeks until we find out who is in and who’s season is over!
